REVIEW
After reviewing your online application, if our recruitment team finds a match based on firm’s recruitment needs and your background, it would set an informational call with you. This would be an opportunity for you to highlight your strengths and for us to understand your candidacy better.
Based on this you would be invited for the interview. There are typically three rounds of interviews. First and second rounds comprise of “personal” and “case” interviews and third round is “point of view” interview.
Round I & II:
Personal Interviews: These interviews are combination of behavioral and situational interview. During this interview you would get an opportunity to
-
share your past response when handling challenging situations, managing people and interacting with clients.
-
showcase your analytical qualities by walking your interviewer through your thought process and proposed solution while managing a situation.
Case Interviews: During case interviews you would have an opportunity to discuss a real business problem related to our work at Excolatur. You would be given relevant information and time to prepare handwritten slides of your analysis and recommendation.
Round III:
Point-of-view : Excolatur usually hires experienced individuals with prior industry and functional knowledge. Having a point of view on “industry” or “management issues” is important for a sound management consultant.
In this final round of selection process we would invite you to make a presentation on a business topic (industry or functional area) of expertise or interest.
