CULTURE

Excolatur’s culture is driven by three powerful beliefs:

Power of One:

At Excolatur we believe that every individual whom we very selectively hire, presents an intellectual originality and we are committed to nurture that. Individual creativity, uniqueness, and independent thinking should not lose its power in the pursuit of group cohesiveness. We encourage promoting viewpoints outside the comfort zone of consensus thinking by critically testing, analyzing, and evaluating ideas. An agreement reached by a group of individuals should not be a compromise or an average drawn upon many individual thoughts.

Power of Team:

At Excolatur we believe that if we bring smart people together in a constructive environment, we should let them work up to their full potential. Unlike the traditional leadership concept where a leader is a hero with vision, persuasiveness and a moral authority to be followed, collaborative leadership binds the team by focusing on results and meaningful experience. We inspire commitment and action by catalyzing, convening and energizing. We facilitate ideas and passion to solve problems.

Each engagement is like a symphony orchestra where every one has a critical role to play. Individual talent compliments the talent of the other members of the team. It works towards the same vision - a common vision.

Power of Institution:

At Excolatur we believe that what binds us together and helps us exercise above beliefs are our principles and our shared values. During the times of delimma and uncertainty, these principles and shared values acts as the guiding torch and remind us of something larger – an institution that brings us together to utilize the power of individual mind and the power of collaborative leadership.

Guiding Torch:
1. Freedom: I value freedom of ideas.
2. Respect: I would be respectful to people even if I disagree with them.
3. Trust: I would never let down the trust in myself, my team and my client.
4. Privilege: It is a privilege to work with highly intellectual and accomplished individuals.
5. Excellence: I would give my 100% and would strive for excellence.
6. Honor: It is an honor to take a responsibility and exceed the expectations.
7. Pride: I take pride in representing this institution and if I see a need for improvement, I will be instrumental in bringing the positive change.
