Excolatur Consulting works with the business leaders to advance their agenda through its unique consulting model and 3-S engagement approach to deliver a multiplier effect for its clients.

1. Top Management Agenda:

We work with you, focusing on the critical agenda items of Board of Directors or top management meetings. We help address the issues that require immediate attention and deliver results over:

--- 2-3 months time horizon and usually before the next quarterly review.

--- 12-24 months time horizon and usually becomes part of annual review.

--- 36-60 months usually part of long range planning 

 

2. Consulting Model:

Future is inherently unpredictable. Every organization goes through various phases and only those organizations that constantly and consciously re-invent itself to changing landscape, remain ahead in the game, succeed and survive. Adapt Or Die. 3. 3-S Engagement Approach:

The 3-S Engagement approach, which we developed and honed over the past several years of experience in advising our clients, enables us to dispassionately diagnose the problem and create a specific solution for our clients. It is based on a simple formula that all successful initiatives comprise of three key ingredients - rational decision making, compelling plan and excellent execution.

 

At Excolatur Consulting, every consulting initiative is divided into 3 engagements: scan, strategy and support. 

 

Scan Engagement: In today’s world of information tsumani, the top management constantly finds it challenging and under immense pressure to make rational decisions. Despite being a good business intuition, best intentions and business insights, they find themselves in situation where they need objectivity and advise before they take the next BIG step and invest in strategy formulation and execution.  The challenge is the find out what to focus on - separate chaff from the wheat.

Scan Engagement is the answer to this challenge. We at Excolatur Consulting believes that starting without making fact-based decisions leads to wrong strategy and unproductive implementation leading to an unsuccessful initiative. After all, no wind is right wind if you don’t know which port you are headed to.

During scan engagement, our consulting teams work with your key stakeholders and leverage our  Center for Business Intelligence and Decision Making (CBD) in gathering, analyzing and interpreting information - components of effective decision making. All this effort is to enable you in making two critical decisions that will serve as the guide forward:

Strategy Engagement: It is all about gaining unfair advantage. Strategy is not an abstract thought, an Idea.
